Free shipping on US orders of $50 or more.

Orders ship from our shop in Burlington, Wisconsin, usually within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

US shipping rates (orders under $50)

• Economy: $4.90
• Standard: from $6.90, depending on weight

We also ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and other countries. International rates are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

30-day returns. If you're not happy with your order, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email mdproductscorp@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with instructions and a return shipping label. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Doesn't fit your tool?

If a holder doesn't fit a tool or battery from the platform it's listed for, we'll exchange it or refund you in full.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us a photo within a few days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of when we receive your return.

All holders and racks are also covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
