Every Keepfast holder and rack is CNC-machined from solid 6061 aluminum and anodized for durability. We're confident it will outlast the tools you hang on it, so we back it with a lifetime warranty.
What's covered
- Cracking, bending, or breaking under normal use
- Defects in machining or finish
- A holder that doesn't fit a tool or battery from the platform it's listed for
What's not covered
- Normal cosmetic wear, like scratches or scuffs on the finish
- Damage from modifications, misuse, or improper installation
- Mounting hardware and the surface it's mounted to
- Damage to tools, batteries, vehicles, or other property caused by improper use or installation, such as using undersized or missing fasteners, mounting to a surface that can't support the load, exceeding what the holder is designed to carry, or mounting tools sideways, upside down, or in a moving vehicle without a retention clip
This warranty covers repair or replacement of the Keepfast product only. Keepfast is not responsible for damage to tools, batteries, or other property resulting from improper use or installation of our products.
How to make a claim
Email mdproductscorp@gmail.com with your order number (or name and email used to order) and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
